Special Orders, Deposits and Flexible Payment Options

Special Orders
If there's an item not physically in stock and it needs to be ordered from our suppliers specifically for your order, we call it a 'special order'. For such orders, we kindly ask for a minimum down payment of €400. However, please note that if the order is scheduled for delivery more than one month ahead, the deposit becomes non-refundable after 14 days from the date of your order placement.

Deposits
You have a window of 14 days from the date of deposit payment to cancel your order. Any deposit placed with One 4 All voucher or similar will be refunded net of any fees incurred by the BabyDoc Shop.

Any order cancellations made after this period will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

The above does not effect your statutory rights.

Flexible payment terms
We offer a flexible payment terms as part of our Deposit service. Balances can be paid off in multiple payments if convenient or can be cleared in a single payment. We kindly request that all balances be cleared 4 weeks in advance of delivery/collection date.
